Convenient payment terms are available with Official Presidents Cup Experiences Event Packages

100% due at signing

Once you choose your Official Event Package, submit a request form or call 844.348.7100 to speak with a Presidents Cup Experiences representative. A contract will be sent to you with payment options & terms.

Easy payment terms (i.e. split payments in increments) are not available for online purchases. All online transactions are 100% due at signing. For easy payment terms, contact an event representative by completing the form or calling 844.348.7100

Yes, all pricing includes applicable taxes and fees.

For online transactions, your shipping and billing address must be the same.

If your billing address is a P.O. Box, your package will need to be picked up on site. Pickup details will be sent via email closer to the event date.

For online purchases: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Additional charges may apply.

For offline purchases: Check, wire transfer or major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) are accepted. Additional charges may apply.

Tickets are sent typically sent within 3 weeks to the event via 2-Day shipping with other package components. Please note, signature will be required for pick up.

In general, we will not share personally identifiable information about you with third parties, excluding our official partnerships. Presidents Cup Experiences may send personally identifiable information about you, including your email address, to other companies or people when:

  1. We have your consent to share the information;
  2. We need to share this information to provide to you the information, product or service you have requested;
  3. We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or
  4. We find or have reason to believe that your actions on our website violate website terms or conditions or are in violation of law.

Yes, for online purchases, the maximum is 10 Official Event Packages per transaction. For transactions more than 10, please fill out our form or call 844.348.7100 for booking.

Official Event Packages through Presidents Cup Experiences offer transportation services that will be available to take you to the venue.

No, shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes.

Stolen, destroyed or lost tickets cannot be replaced.
